Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HOWO Heavy Machinery Equipment Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, including HOWO trucks and construction machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure the optimal performance, safety, and longevity of our fleet and machinery through timely maintenance and repairs
Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues in HOWO heavy machinery and trucks.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards.
Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience as a heavy machinery or truck mechanic, preferably with experience working on HOWO equipment.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
Relevant vocational training, certification, or diploma in heavy vehicle maintenance or automotive technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform repairs in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
