Applications are invited from qualified candidates to undergo a two-year Graduate Development Programme in the following disciplines:
• Internal Audit
• Finance
• Banking and Finance
• Marketing
• IT
Will vary depending on the department one is operating in.
• An Upper second-class bachelor’s degree in Banking in Finance, Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology/Systems or related field and willingness to pursue internal audit related certifications.
• Five Ordinary level subjects with grades C or better (including Mathematics and English).
• Three Advanced level subjects.
• Banking Industry experience would be an added advantage.
• For internal audit, ICT experience would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Leasepac, T24 and DynamicAx would be an added advantage.
