Job Description
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for numbers and an eye for detail? Join our dynamic finance team as a Graduate Trainee – Accounting and kickstart your professional journey in a supportive and learning-focused environment. This entry-level role offers exposure to core accounting practices, financial reporting, and business operations in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of senior finance staff, you will:
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Maintain up-to-date financial records using Odoo Accounting System
• Support in preparing audit schedules and year-end accounts
• Help monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Participate in the monthly payroll preparation process
• Assist with asset management and inventory tracking
• Learn about investment planning and corporate finance processes
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards (IFRS exposure is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• High levels of integrity and attention to detail
