Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
* Participate in a structured graduate development programme.
* Rotate through various departments to gain practical exposure.
* Support production, engineering, quality, and operational improvement initiatives.
* Assist in process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
* Collect, analyse, and prepare operational reports.
* Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in any of the listed disciplines from a recognised institution.
* Graduated within the last three (3) years.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
