Job Description
Zimbabwe Power Company is the leading generator of electrical energy in Zimbabwe and supplies the bulk of the nation's electrical power requirements from its five power stations.
Graduate Traineeship Programme (2021- 2023) Ref: Zpch011/12/2020
Applications are invited from suitably qualified graduates to undergo a two year graduate traineeship programme with the Zimbabwe Power Company in the following disciplines at its various stations:-
* Human Resources
* Finance
* Supply Chain
* Risk and Insurance
* Safety, Health and Environment
* Legal
* Public Relations
* Electrical Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Control and Instrumentation
• Power Plant Operations
• Information and Communication Technology

Job Related
Qualifications and Experience
* A relevant degree from a reputable University with at least Upper Second (2.1) Class
* Applicants must be 26 years or below
Personal Attributes
* Enthusiasm and personal drive
* Excellent Communication skills
* Computer and technical literacy skills
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
