Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to be the driving force behind the visual identity of our businesses. The ideal candidate will translate complex marketing needs—from high-end auction catalogues to compelling digital ads—into professional, effective, and beautiful designs. This role requires a strong understanding of both print production and digital best practices, with a focus on upholding our company's luxury brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Design and Production
• Auction Catalogs: Design, layout, and prepare high-resolution auction catalogs, booklets, and brochures for print and digital distribution.
• Digital Content: Develop engaging graphics for all digital platforms, including website banners, email newsletter templates, social media assets (posts, stories, ads), and blog graphics.
• Corporate Collateral: Design business stationery, presentations, internal documents, and signage while ensuring brand consistency.
• Ad Concept & Execution: Conceptualize, design, and prepare final production files for both print and digital advertisements.
Brand Management and Collaboration
• Brand Consistency: Act as the internal steward of the company brand, ensuring all visual output adheres strictly to brand guidelines for color, typography, and logo usage across both the auction and real estate divisions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and maintaining clear communication with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Vendor Liaison: Prepare files for commercial printing, manage proofs, and communicate specifications effectively with third-party print vendors to ensure high-quality final products.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills
• Expert Software Proficiency: Advanced, expert-level command of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign (essential for catalog work), Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Design Fundamentals: Mastery of core design principles, including typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Print Production: Deep knowledge of pre-press processes, including color modes (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed, trim, resolution, and file preparation for high-quality commercial printing.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail in design, spelling, grammar, and file naming conventions.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to design across different styles and formats, from luxurious, classic print layouts to clean, modern digital graphics.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent extensive practical experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate, auction, luxury goods, or high-end retail industries.
• Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in print layout (e.g., multi-page documents, catalogs, brochures) and diverse digital marketing graphics is required.
