Job Description
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Printing Operator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design as well as hands-on experience operating various printers, including UV printers, Xerox printers, large format printers, and sublimation printers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality printed materials that align with client specifications and brand standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Design
. Create visually appealing designs for various projects, including marketing materials, signage, banners, promotional items, and digital content.
. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
. Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
. Prepare design files for printing, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, colors, and formatting.
. Operate and maintain UV printers, Xerox printers, large format printers, and sublimation printers to produce printed materials.
. Set up printers, select appropriate settings, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal printing results.
. Monitor the printing process for quality control, ensuring that all materials meet established standards.
. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure longevity.
Qualifications and Experience
2-3 years experience in required field
