Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a creative, innovative, and digitally savvy student to join our team as a Graphics & Digital Media Intern (Attachment). This role is tailored for students on industrial attachment who are passionate about Graphics Design, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Create graphic content (posters, flyers, banners, animations, etc.) for social media and digital campaigns.
• Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
• Support in maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Provide input in content planning, creative ideas, and campaign strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
• Studying towards a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media & Marketing, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
• University/College Letter of Attachment is required.
• Strong knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW).
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or web content management systems is an added advantage.
• Must provide sample work/portfolio (designs, social media posts, or campaigns previously done).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Added Advantage:
• Photography/videography skills
• Basic IT Support skills
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar tools
