Job Description

As a Group Internal Auditor and Projects Manager, you are responsible for supervising and
monitoring of internal controls and project management in Zambia and Zimbabwe. You
contribute highly to the organization by building the business by ensuring that we are retaining
all our monthly clients and monitoring if we are getting second sales. In addition, you are
expected to monitor quality assurance and making sure that every client is satisfied with the
services and the products we are delivering. Your main target is to ensure that the
organization meets sales goals set by the management and to foster meaningful relationships
with both existing and prospective clients.
You are expected to visit customers for new and existing business developments and provide
customers with company information. In addition, you are expected to monitor if M&J is
solving clients’ problems and if all our current clients are happy with our services.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Develop a strategy in liaison with the Managing Director to reduce customer and client
complains
• Ensure that all our business processes are efficient and effective
• Ensure that project completion deadlines are met by everyone in the company
• Ensure that our services and products are effectively solving client problems
• Monitor if everyone in the company's human resources, accounting, and operations policies
are being adhered to.
• Conduct research by calling and visiting every M&J client both in Zimbabwe and Zambia
• Ensure that all sales department processes and strategies are being correctly executed
• Ensure that all internal and external human resources processes and strategies are executed
• Ensure that all our internal accounting and taxation processes are on point
• Ensure that all the company secretarial processes and timelines are respected
• Implement, participate and coordinate client sales awareness efforts to scout for new
business.
• Meet strategic objectives and set targets, and review own performance.
• Coordinate, support, and participate in all internal audit processes

Qualifications and Experience

2. Customer Service, & Relationship Building & Maintenance
• Ensure all customer service standards and conduct are par excellence as required.
• Maintain and execute effective working relationships with internal staff members and clients
• Maintain files on all clients' communication, correspondence, and informational materials.
• Ensure that all company clients are being professionally communicated with

3. Reporting
• Generate timely reports as required
• Formulate and maintain project files on a month-on-month basis.
• Provide the CEO and the other team members with updates as per requested parameters.
• Prepare monthly & weekly reports on agreed benchmarks for progress reporting.
• Prepare projects, statistics as requested by the CEO.

4. General
• Spearhead project management activities in liaison with the CEO
• Comply with the company's policies & procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by CEO
