Group Loss Control Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
To oversee all Security and Loss Control functions and activities
Crafting and implementing Loss Control Strategies, Policies and Budgets
Develop and manage Security and Loss Control Systems
Administer and monitor Risk management Programs
Develop and improve Loss Control Standard Operating Procedures
Lead, manage and develop a professional Loss Control team
Compliance with Procedures, Policies and Statutes
Relations with external stakeholders
Security and Loss Control Reports
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Degree or Qualification in Loss Control or Related Area
Post Graduate qualification in Security or Loss Control is an added advantage
5 years Loss Control experience at managerial level in a large organization
Security Services background is an added advantage
Knowledge of modern Digital Loss Control Systems
