Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the school
Cultivate a nurturing, disciplined, and value-based learning environment
Lead and support staff development, performance, and alignment to school vision
Ensure academic excellence and curriculum coherence across all levels
Engage meaningfully with parents, learners, and the broader community
Responsible for financial stewardship, compliance, and school sustainability
Qualifications and Experience
A recognised degree in education, master's preferred
Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in a school setting
Proven track record of academic leadership and team development
Strong communication, organisational, and conflict resolution skills
A deep commitment to ethical leadership and learner-centered education
