Job Description
An opportunity for a results driven nurse aide who is eager to deliver high quality and compassionate care has arisen within our organisation. Candidates who are able to demonstrate strong clinical support skills including personal care assistance and adhere to strict hygiene standards amongst other important roles is what the institution is looking for.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition.
• Assisting nurses with medical procedures.
• Communicating patient concerns to nurses.
• Preparing patients for exams/testing.
• Keeping patient rooms clean all the time, making beds, changing linens, and ensuring patient rooms are comfortable for them.
• Assisting with patient transportation.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care and any incidents.
Qualifications and Experience
• O-Level certificate (minimum 5 subjects, including English).
• National Certificate in Nursing Aide (from a recognized institution).
• At least 3 months experience.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and personality skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
• Highly organized.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
