• Planning and delivering Heritage Studies lessons effectively up to Advanced Level
• Preparing learners for public examinations up to A Level
• Assessing, monitoring, and evaluating student performance and progress
• Developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials
• Maintaining discipline and effective classroom management
• Participating in school academic, sporting, and co-curricular activities
• Providing guidance and mentorship to learners
• Upholding the values and standards of the school together with principles of the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society
• A Degree in Heritage Studies, History, or related field
• A relevant teaching qualification
• Ability to teach Heritage Studies up to Advanced Level
• Relevant teaching experience will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good classroom management and learner engagement abilities
• Passion for teaching and learner development
