Job Description

Our client in the financial services sector seeks to identify suitable candidates to fill the position of HR & Admin Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

-reporting to the MD and responsible for the following;
-Full-spectrum of HR duties including staff
recruitment, induction, job analysis, performance
management, IR duties, training coordination.
-Admin duties including office administration, fleet
management, office supplies, and office security.

Qualifications and Experience

-a degree in HR Management/Social Sciences
coupled with a professional qualification.
-HR generalist experience.
-very well organized with experience running
admin duties.
-clean class 4 drivers’ license.
-high level of integrity.
-attention to detail.
-good interpersonal skills.
