Job Description

We are seeking a motivated third‑year student eager to gain practical HR experience in a driven public sector organisation. As an HR Intern, you will work with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, employee records management and various employee engagement initiatives that support the Authority's commitment to employee welfare. This is a hands‑on learning role and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing induction materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing HR events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate must be in their third year of studies, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
The candidate must also possess:
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
