We are seeking a competent and motivated Human Resources and Administrative Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions and contribute to the smooth running of hospital operations.
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Support onboarding and induction of new staff members.
Assist in preparing HR reports, contracts, and correspondence.
Handle routine administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in staff welfare, payroll preparation, and leave management.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles (preferably in a healthcare setting).
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
