Job Description



We are looking for vibrant and dynamic individuals to fill the above positions.

Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for aligning the company’s HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The incumbents’ key responsibilities shall include but not limited to: -

• Assist with developing and Implementing the organisation’s Human Resources plan.
• Executing the organisation’s Human Resources strategies, policies, and practices.
• Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
• Assist in structuring the organisation’s compensation and benefit packages.
• Engaging with heads of department and responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinating and facilitating all employee and industrial relations related issues.
• Coordinating the performance management process for the whole organization.
• Interpreting policy and procedures to staff and attending to all policy related issues.
• Identify training and development needs through job analysis, coordinating and facilitating all human resources related training.
• Initiating, coordinating, and facilitating all employee development and talent management activities.
• Maintaining an up to date inventory of all human resources records.
• Preparing timely human resources reports and other ad hoc reports.
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics.
• Consolidating all payroll related issues and attending to payroll related queries.
• Coordinating and attending to all employee wellness and welfare issues.
• Assist in designing Human Resources information systems.


Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources.
• IPMZ Diploma and a Payroll qualification is a distinct advantage.
• Working knowledge of a payroll system and processes is a must.
• Excellent sound knowledge of relevant and applicable legislations.
