Job Description

 Provides advice, guidance and assistance to line managers and employees on HR issues

Duties and Responsibilities

 Provides advice, guidance and assistance to line managers and employees on HR issues
 Coordinates recruitment and selection of non-managerial employees
 Administers the performance management and appraisal system.
 Identifies employee training needs
 Coordinates disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with code of conduct.
 Supervision of payroll and employee benefits processing
 Ensure staff complies to health and safety regulations and other ISO requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

 Relevant first degree. Post graduate qualification is an added advantage
 At least 3 years proven working experience as a Human Officer in a manufacturing set up.
 Professional Qualification-IPMZ a must.
 An all-rounder in all aspects of Human Resources Management
