Job Description

Our organization is looking for a vibrant and experienced Human Resources Officer to join the team and play a crucial role in organizational Human Capital Development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Coordinating the Training, Learning and Development Process
• Participation in improvement projects within the HR function
• Hold disciplinary and grievance inquiries as prescribed by the policy
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for HR management
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement health and safety policies
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology
• IPMZ qualification is a must
• Proven 4 years of experience as the Human Resources Officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
