Applications are invited to fill suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the following vacancies which have arisen within Zvishavane Town Council.
1. Human Resources Officer (Grade 12)- Administration Department

Duties and Responsibilities

Job specifications
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
• Human Resources planning.
• Recruitment and Selection.
• Staff training and development.
• Safety, welfare and environment.
• Advise on and resolves any industrial relations problems.
• Ensure the correct application and adherence to labour statutes, council policies including disciplinary procedure.
• Accountable for the maintenance of accurate staff records.
• Maintain personal files up to date.
• Responsible for updating employee database system to ensure up to date records.
• Implement strategies and policies that reward and compensate employees accordingly.
• Initiates, co-ordinates and participates in the Council's key forums.
• Payroll Administration.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Central Administration.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification and Experience.
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• IPMZ diploma is an added advantage
• Five years relevant working experience at managerial level.
• Computer literate.
