Job Description

To coordinate and implement a wide range of Human Resources initiatives, policies and procedures in talent acquisition, employee relations and human resources management information systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Assist the HRBP in compilation of annual human resources requirements and input into the overall human resources plan.
Supports the HRBP in the talent acquisition process from job advertising and identification of appropriate talent which matches the job requirements in line with the policy.
Facilitates the integration of new employees into the business and the function focusing on availability of work tools, probationary objectives in order to enhance employee value proposition.
Facilitates the off-boarding process to ensure that the employee’s exit is smooth and successfully gather insights that will be helpful in improving employee experience.
Track the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and action plans for assigned business functions to close the engagement gap.
Assists in the implementation of the performance management process through tracking the completion and initial quality checking of performance score cards in the performance management system.
Supports the HRBP to ensure effective implementation of change and follow-up to address any after change effects.
Tracks the formulation and implementation staff development plans.
Tracks the implementation staff welfare initiatives in line with the staff wellness policies.
In liaison with the line manager, tracks the implementation of Leave Plans.
Periodically prepares Head Count Analysis & recommendations to optimise headcount.
Support the development and implementation of HR projects.
Maintains a correct and up to date Human Resources Information Management System Database (HRIMS).Maintains up to date employee records both physical and electronic files.

Qualifications and Experience

Required skills
• Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent.
• IPMZ diploma will be an added advantage.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar or related environment
