The Human Resources Personnel will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, labour compliance, and staff relations. The role supports payroll inputs, training coordination, health and safety compliance, and provides day-to-day HR support to management within a fast-paced heavy equipment and transport environment.
Human Resources Personnel – Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Ensure compliance with Zimbabwe labour laws and company policies
Handle employee relations, discipline, and performance management
Administer payroll inputs, leave, and attendance records
Coordinate training, medicals, and licence renewals for operational staff
Support health, safety, and employee welfare initiatives
Prepare basic HR reports and provide day-to-day HR support to management
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration
Knowledge of Zimbabwe labour laws
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
