National Foods prides itself in developing and growing its people! We are thrilled to announce the opening of job opportunities for an Internal Auditor at our Head Office.
The Internal Auditor will work closely with the Audit Executive and senior management to assess and enhance internal controls, ensure compliance with regulatory and policy frameworks, and identify areas for operational and financial improvement.
The role is critical in safeguarding organizational integrity, promoting accountability, and driving continuous improvement across business units.
As the Internal Auditor your key responsibility areas are:
• Conduct risk-based audits of financial, operational, and compliance.
Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
Support reviews and updates of policies, procedures and frameworks.
Review and assess the internal control environment.
Prepare clear audit reports highlighting control lapses, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Follow up on management's corrective actions and risk mitigation plans.
To qualify for this role, you will require the following credentials:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications preferred (CA, ACCA, CA, CIA)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in internal audit, compliance or risk management, preferably in manufacturing FMCG environment.
