Contract Type: Independent Consultant
1. Engagement Purpose
Plan4Sixty seeks to engage a qualified Investment Analyst on a consultancy basis to provide
independent, objective, and professional evaluation of potential investment opportunities on a
needs basis.
The consultant will provide evidence-based recommendations to guide capital allocation
decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

2. Scope of Work
The Consultant shall:
A. Investment Research & Sourcing
• Identify potential investment opportunities (property, equities, private
businesses, lending, joint ventures, etc.)
• Conduct market research and industry analysis
• Monitor macro-economic trends affecting investments
• Develop investment pipelines
B. Financial Analysis & Appraisal
• Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis
• Prepare feasibility studies and investment appraisal reports
• Assess IRR, NPV, payback periods and risk metrics
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis
C. Due Diligence
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
• Review legal and regulatory compliance considerations
• Identify key risks and mitigation strategies
D. Reporting & Recommendations
• Prepare structured investment memoranda
• Present findings to the Investment Committee
• Provide clear buy / hold / reject recommendations
• Track performance of approved investments
E. Portfolio Monitoring
• Monitor returns versus projections
• Flag underperforming investments
• Provide quarterly performance reviews
3. Key Deliverables
• Monthly investment opportunity report
• Formal appraisal reports for each proposal
• Risk assessment matrix
• Portfolio performance dashboard

Qualifications and Experience

4. Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in investment analysis, banking, private equity,
corporate finance or financial consulting
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Professional certifications (advantage):
• CFA
• ACCA
• MBA (Finance)

7. Engagement Structure Options
Per-Assignment Fee
Fees shall be paid for each engagement on an agreed amount per deal appraisal
8. Independence & Confidentiality
The Consultant shall:
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Disclose any conflicts of interest
• Operate independently and objectively
