MWENEZI DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTRE hereby invites sealed bids from interested individuals and registered companies for the purchase of an institutional stand located at Rutenga growth point under MWENEZI RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL (MRDC).

4. MDTC does not bind itself to accept the highest or any bid.

6. Development plans must be approved by Council prior to construction.
