We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity within our organization for the position of IT Support & Deployment Specialist. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Technology/Operations team.
Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our internal technology systems, while also delivering high-quality technical support and infrastructure services to our external clients. This role combines internal IT support functions with client-facing deployment and infrastructure responsibilities
Internal IT Operations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal hardware and software support
Manage provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of company devices
Administer and troubleshoot VoIP and internal communication platforms
Oversee Google Workspace administration, including user management, permissions, and security compliance
External & Infrastructure Operations:
Provide technical support, deployment, and troubleshooting for clients
Manage and resolve email system issues including deliverability and routing
Deploy, configure, and maintain servers (physical and VPS environments)
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal network and server health.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
Knowledge of email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX routing)
Experience in client-facing roles or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems
