The company is looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the following positions which has arisen within the organization in Harare.
Responsibilities
• Preparing all menu mis en place as per company standard
• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of preparation section.
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion, size and temperature.
• Checking proper arrangement and garnishing of food
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
• Class 2 skilled worker certificate.
