JUNIOR COOK (12 POSTS)

Duties and Responsibilities


Duties and Responsibilities
• Ordering and collecting stocks from the central stores.
• Preparation of meals according to the set menu.
• Supervision of all kitchen staff.
• Ensuring that all ordered stocks are kept secured.
• Ensuring that all the revenue for meals sold is accounted for.

Qualifications and Experience


Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
• Minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes including English.
• HEXCO National Diploma in Professional Cookery/Hospitality.
• HND in Professional Cookery/Hospitality and Class 2 Trade Test will be an added
advantage.
