Job Description
We seek to recruit highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individuals to fill the following positions.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Extracts and formulates territorial sales plan from the Regional Manager’s plan;
2.Contributes to the demand forecast by analysing territorial demand patterns;
3.Identifies gaps and constraints in achieving the plan objectives and recommends policies, promotions and budgets to cover the gaps;
4.Communicates and agrees the plan with the Regional Manager;
5.Negotiates sales deals with channel partners and key accounts in line with sales target;
6.Analyses channel performance, potential & viability and recommends appropriate action to the business;
7.Carries out regular trade channel visits to track sales performance and manage customer queries;
8.Plans and executes sales trips into specified regions to source order, develop new channels, and audit Channel Partner compliance with regulations, audit product availability at the right price;
9. Maps the distribution of trade channels within the territory;
10.Formulates the channel development growth plans and objectives per region;
11.Initiates brand visibility and standards and distributes point of sale material;
12.Carries out trade channel training, appraisal and management;
13.Assesses mobile money system availability and gaps within the territory and recommends to the business;
14.Scans and analyses the environment within the territory to detect, competitor activities, customer preferences, subscriber behavior and trends;
15.Recommends push strategies to maintain and grow market share.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Commercial Degree or equivalent;
•3-5 years’ experience in Mobile Money or FMCG is a must;
•Three to five years’ Sales and Marketing Experience;
•Driver’s license.
