Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver on key accounts business sales turnover, margins and profitability targets.
• Sales planning and demand forecasting in liaison with relevant internal departments.
• Maintain and grow value contribution from current key accounts.
• Establish and sustain new key accounts for the assigned products, services & segments.
• Drive top of the mind brand awareness and penetration.
• Manage customer experience & after sales support for assigned key accounts.
• Market intelligence gathering, reporting & intervention.

Qualifications and Experience

Person Specification
• Strong commercial acumen & strategic perspective.
• Highly organised and autonomous individual
• Proven relationship & stakeholder management skills.
• Proven analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar or related environment.
• Relevant Commercial or business degree.
• Clean Class 4 Drivers Licence.
