Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) is inviting suitably qualified personnel to fill in the
following post:
The candidate must be able to teach some of the following modules in Social Work: Counselling,
Psychiatry, Social Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, Human Behaviour. The candidate must
also be able to advise students and collaborate with faculty on research within and across
Departments. Contribute to the achievement of Education 5.0 by the Department through University
teaching, research, community engagement, innovation and industrialisation and supervise students’
projects and dissertations.
The candidate must hold a Master of Science Degree in Counselling/ Clinical/ Industrial Psychology
and a foundational First Degree in Psychology. A PhD in Social Work, Psychology or related field will
be an added advantage. The candidate must also be registered with the Allied Health Professions of
Zimbabwe. The candidate must have at least 1 year experience lecturing at tertiary institution with a
clear record of successful research, publications and supervision of students
