Job Description
Bindura University of Science Education is looking for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor: Curriculum Studies (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate shall be expected to teach at least three of the following courses: Measurement and Evaluation; Assessment, Supervision and Evaluation in Tertiary Education; Comparative Education; Management of Science Education; Research Methods and Statistics; Research and Practice in Science Education; Quality Assurance in Tertiary Education; Educational Technology and the Science Curriculum.
The candidate should also be able to supervise projects and dissertations at all levels, carry out research individually and in clusters and publish, write books and book chapters, assess and supervise students on Teaching Practice, carry out extension work, source funding, develop new programmes and add value to the Department and the Faculty.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Studies or equivalent from a recognised institution. A PhD in Education, proven track record of research publications in refereed journals and university teaching experience are definite advantages.
