Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating activities leading to the accreditation of the proposed Bachelor of
Laws (LLB) programme.
Ensuring that all academic, regulatory and quality requirements are met in
preparation for accreditation.
Subject to approval, the appointed specialist will also contribute to teaching at
Master’s level, specifically in the courses: Legal Environment and International
Labour Law.
In addition to the above, the Lecturer must be a qualified Lawyer and registered
with the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a good Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) and a Bachelor of
Commerce/Science Honours Degree in Law (LLB), passed with an upper second
class (2.1) and relevant industry/teaching experience.
A relevant PhD would be a distinct advantage.
