The incumbent will be reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor and will assist by receiving incoming calls, referring clients to various PSZ service delivery channels. The role will also be responsible for receiving and documentation of incident reports and verification of client’s medical aid schemes to check for validity and doing pre-authorizations. The incumbent will receive client feedback reported over the telephone and forward them to respective departments for action. As part of the duties, the incumbent will also be attending to various marketing activities.
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible for the following, among other duties:
Provide high quality telephonic support and advice to our clients.
Medical Aid Pre-Authorization for Clients
Making online appointment bookings Supporting Clinics with any queries they have around bookings.
Supporting in demand creation for the uptake of services
Data capturing and report writing
About You
Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
Marketing or Counselling qualification is an added advantage.
Experience within a call centre or healthcare environment will be very beneficial
Knowledge of modern Family Planning methods is an added advantage
A pro – active person and team player.
Excellent listening and communication skills and fluent in Shona and or Ndebele
Computer literacy is essential.
