Duties and Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
Qualifications and Experience
The preferred qualification for the position of Maintenance Manager is Bachelor's Degree in facility management or Business Studies
certificate in maintenance management or anything similar from a professional boards
