Job Description
Applications are invited from qualified candidates to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor that has arisen within our organization. Applicants must have experience in the Maintenance field, particularly in a workshop environment, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, and maintenance of overhead cranes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
- Develop maintenance procedures and schedules
- Organizing and overseeing the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
- Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience
Class 1 Journeyman
At least 5 years proven hands-on experience in a workshop environment
Good Supervisory skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
