The following opportunity has arisen within the organization:
Job Description
• Strategic planning on Corporate or Business level
• Market research Analysis
• Internal analysis, operations improvement/transformation
• Supporting Ad hoc Management decisions such as Go/No Go decisions
• Digital Transformation
• Organisational consulting (culture change, organisation design and talent management).
• Identifying key strategic risk and ensuring these are reported-and escalated as appropriate
• Develop key strategic pillars and ensure management action and performance measurement matrix are aligned to the strategic pillars
• Develop and take accountability for the development of the group business plan
• Drives operational excellence through area of supervision
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion Education & Qualifications:
• MBA in Strategic Management or
• MBL Masters in Business Leadership.
• Registered with Institute of Directors in Zimbabwe
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a relevant technical professional or management role of which 5 years should be at Senior Managerial level
