Vacancy: Office Manager
Location: Harare
Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail‑driven Office Manager to oversee office administration, event support, operations, financial administration, sales support, and team performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, communication, supplies, permits, and payments.
- Support event administration including quotations, invoicing, supplier payments, bookings, and record‑keeping.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, stock takes, and equipment returns.
- Handle financial administration: expense capture, petty cash, VAT‑compliant invoicing, and liaison with external accountants.
- Provide sales and client support for flower orders, rentals, quotations, and payment follow‑ups.
- Oversee staff performance, supervise casuals, track KPIs, and coordinate departmental budget submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in office administration, operations, or accounts.
- Strong finance administration skills (invoicing, expenses, VAT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is an added advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
