General cleaning of offices
Ensuring that the corridors and other office spaces are smart and clean
Cleaning of common and frequently visited areas.
Deliver messages and items, such as documents, and packages, between departments, and to other establishments.
• Prepare and serve, tea and beverages in offices and conference rooms for meetings to ensure a high standard of hospitality
• Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands.
5 O levels including English language.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar office assistant position.
• A certificate in Office Practice, business studies, administration or equivalent is an added advantage
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s license
