Applications are invited for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the Operations Manager position.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the day to day operations of the Northern and Southern Region
• Quality control and stock management
• Oversee sales targets, profitability and turnover reports
• Relationship Management
• Drive performance
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Finance / Business Management
• MBA would be an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in the FMCG space
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior management role
• Knowledge of the Milling Industry an added advantage
