Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Pharmacist to supervise and register Cimas Marondera Pharmacy, dispense approved, authentic prescriptions in line with professional standards and legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Supervising and registering Pharmacy.
• Dispensing medicine in line with SOP and best practice standards.
• Analysing stock movement trends, disease trends and creating stock orders.
• Performing stock takes in conjunction with Finance as per Cimas Calendar.
• Checking and updating inventory prices according to Cimas HCS accounts price lists.
• Providing input for the Pharmacy Budget.
• Interacting and maintaining positive customer relations with clients through correspondence, telephone and emails.
• Carrying out ongoing evaluation of staff, identifying performance strengths and deficiencies.
Qualifications and Experience
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate must have clear verbal and written communication skills and be able to produce accurate reports. Furthermore, they should be able to supervise, analyze and solve work-related problems to achieve the correct outcomes. The candidate must be able to interact, negotiate and achieve targets where required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree.
• Valid Open Practicing Certificate.
• At least 2 - 4 years of practical experience in Retail Pharmacy.
