Job Description

Trojan Nickel Mine Limited, which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Bindura Nickel Corporation Limited, owns and operates the Trojan Nickel Mine in Bindura. We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Procurement Manager which has arisen in our organisation.

The incumbent will have a key role in the operation of Trojan Nickel Mine through effective procurement and management of inventories. The position reports to the Finance Manager and is based at Company's offices in Bindura.

Duties and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
Developing and executing the organisation's procurement strategy.
Managing the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure availability of required goods and services at all times whilst minimizing inventory holdings.
Leading the implementation of the ERP Procurement and Inventory module.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Purchasing and supply.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 5 years working experience as a Procurement Manager with a reputable organisation.
• Working knowledge of ERP Procurement and Inventory modules as well as Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
