PRODUCTION CLERK: -REF: RPSR13/11/2025
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Record and maintain production data, including raw materials used, output levels and quality control report
● Track inventory of plastic materials, finished goods and supplies ensuring accurate stock levels
● Prepare and process production plans and work schedules
● Communicate with Production Coordinator, team leaders and machine operators and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations under direction of the Stores Controller.
● Maintain and update records related to safety, compliance, equipment maintenance logs in accordance with company procedures.
● Generate reports on production efficiency, material usage, waste management and reconciliation of material handling etc
Qualifications and Experience
JOB SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of Stock Control
Warehousing experience.
Knowledge of Blow and injection moulding process is mandatory.
Ability to prioritize work, manage time and demonstrate good organizational skills
Ability to analyze and write reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management/Supply Chain / Logistics.
● 5 “O” Levels including English and Mathematics / Accounts.
