This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Production Manager will oversee the entire stockfeed production process, ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and manage the production team. Daily tasks include scheduling production, monitoring workflow, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing any production issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
Experience in managing production processes and teams
Knowledge in quality control and adherence to safety standards
Proficiency in scheduling and workflow monitoring
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work in Harare, Zimbabwe
Relevant experience in the Stockfeed manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Manufacturing, or a related field
