Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our plastic manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage production teams, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Conduct production reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring financial sustainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and maintenance
Qualifications and Experience
• Production Engineering degree or equivalent
• 8- 10 years in plastic manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Requirements
• Strong technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent leadership and operational management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and productivity improvements
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 desirable
