POST: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – CLOTHING UNIT (X1)
The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the following key duties:
Supervising day-to-day operations on the production floor to ensure production targets are met.
Monitoring staff performance, line output, and efficiency to ensure timely delivery of quality garments.
Ensuring adherence to production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards.
Supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with company and statutory requirements.
Collaborating with the Quality Control team to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
Training and mentoring production line workers to improve skills and productivity.
Keeping accurate records of production data, materials usage, and output reports.
Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and discipline on the factory floor.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Executive Director.
At least a Diploma in Cutting and Design / Clothing and Fashion Design / Garment Technology or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervising production lines or teams in a clothing factory.
