The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Sales Administrator to support our Projects Sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our real estate projects division.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Projects Sales team
• Prepare, process, and manage sales documentation (agreements of sale)
• Maintain and update client and sales databases
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions
• Track sales progress and generate regular reports for management
• Assist in coordinating project launches, viewings, and marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Handle customer queries and provide timely feedback
• Manage filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Digital marketing experience required
• Previous experience in sales administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
