Summary
The position is responsible for coordination of construction site activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Data compilation and presentation to relevant stakeholders as directed by the Projects Manager.
• Compile and maintain project progress reports.
• Reviewing and align project specifications, scope of works, designs, calculations, and drawings.
• Scheduling and coordinating project and engineering related activities
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance to approved project specifications, applicable codes, and practices
• Interfacing with consultants and contractors and interpreting their needs for the best of the company's objectives
• Perform overall quality control of the project works
• Create and maintain relevant project documents
• Consolidate work schedules and communicating adjustments to relevant stakeholders
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for project execution improvements
Qualifications
• A Degree in Civil/ Structural engineering or equivalent
• Professional training in civil or structural engineering.
• At least five years working experience in supervision of public building construction in the civil and structural area.
• A clean class 4 driver's license is a must.
