Duties and Responsibilities
o Collaborate with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.
o Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and rental rates.
o List and promote properties for sale.
o Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
o Manage property viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow estate agents and other industry professionals.
o Keep up to date with real estate regulations, trends, and best practices.
o Attending industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services
Qualifications and Experience
o Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
o Proven experience in real estate or as a salesperson will be an added advantage.
o Own reliable vehicle.
