Job Description

The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite skills and experience for the following post

Duties and Responsibilities

The Ideal candidate will be required to participate at managerial level in determining, implementing, monitoring and reporting on all-round quality measures pertaining to university business, including policy formulation and review, accreditation, standards control, evaluations, and programme development.

Qualifications and Experience

The requisite skills include proven competences in investigation, analysis, information processing, planning, organization, interpersonal relations, team building, training and operational efficiency, among others. A comprehensive knowledge of STEM education principles and processes at higher and tertiary education level will be a clear advantage. Applicants must be holders of at least a Master’s degree in the natural, social or administrative sciences, or equivalent, and must have at least three years’ management experience in an organizational setup where quality assurance is a priority. A doctoral degree and additional qualifications in quality assurance will be an added advantage.
